Giustinian, Pachi
My work is created with found objects that draw my attention through the color and shape they restrain.
By abstracting these objects from their everyday use I transform them highlighting their visual characteristics and challenging the structure of our subjective color experience.
The appropriate error comes along and the unconscious decisions of utilizing that object finally find sense.
The meaning of these objects is modified and combined with the new significance given by the mere fact of its existence.
I am not only captivated by features of composition of light that are detectable by humans, I am particularly interested in the ways that light and color relate to sensations, feelings, sound and time.
